We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our dynamic team and support our German-speaking market. In this role, you'll work closely with stakeholders and colleagues to attract top talent, drive initiatives, and elevate candidate experience.

How you'll make an impact

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment for roles on the German-speaking market across multiple functions and Business Units

  • Act as an advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights and talent solutions

  • Partner with local HR and business stakeholders to work actively on their hiring needs and build proactive pipelines

  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in all hiring practices

  • Represent the company at external events and build strong employer branding initiatives

Your background

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition in a similar role ideally combined with experience working in an international or matrixed environment

  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across all levels of the organization

  • Good understanding of German-speaking labor market is mandatory

  • Deep understanding of sourcing strategies, interview techniques, and assessment tools

  • Fluency in German and English is mandatory (C1 level or mother tongue)

  • Passionate about people, data-driven decision-making, and delivering results
