• Conduct remote therapy sessions with clients, utilizing our secure online platform to ensure a private and supportive setting.
• Assess client needs and develop individualized treatment plans that align with their personal goals and therapeutic journey.
• Continuously monitor client progress, providing feedback and adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to promote positive outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records, documenting session notes and treatment plans to track client development.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of mental health professionals and support personnel to provide comprehensive and coordinated care.
• Uphold ethical and legal standards in providing mental health services while fostering a therapeutic environment.

You will primarily work with individuals from various backgrounds experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. Our client focus emphasizes inclusivity and cultural competence, recognizing the diverse needs of our patient population. Your empathetic approach and tailored treatment strategies will significantly contribute to clients' recovery journeys.

• A bachelor's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active licensure as a mental health therapist in Arizona, such as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).
• A strong understanding of therapeutic techniques and client-centered care.
• Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport and trust with clients.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a remote team structure.

• Hands-on experience in providing individual therapy sessions, preferably in a virtual environment.
• Familiarity with telehealth technology and experience utilizing clinical management systems.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development and staying informed about industry best practices and trends.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
