Your duties are to advise on business transactions, negotiate plans and programs, collaborate with executives, ensure the company complies with laws and regulations, oversee all business activities, review financial decisions related to legal aspects, and manage the selection of outside counsel. You also represent the organization during lawsuits and other legal matters.
