Job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior UA Manager (Meta, Web + App) based in Netherlands.

You will take ownership of high-scale user acquisition strategy across Meta platforms, driving growth for global consumer products in the dating and social discovery space.
This role focuses on building, optimizing, and scaling performance marketing campaigns across both app and web acquisition funnels.
You will operate in a data-driven, high-budget environment where efficiency, ROI, and scalable growth are the primary success metrics.
The position requires strong analytical thinking, creative testing expertise, and the ability to translate performance insights into actionable strategy.
You will collaborate closely with creative teams to develop and test new advertising concepts, audience strategies, and growth hypotheses.
This is a high-impact role managing significant ad spend across multiple geographies and products at global scale.
You will be part of a fast-moving, international remote organization focused on experimentation and continuous performance improvement.

Accountabilities:
  • Launch, manage, and scale Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram for multiple global products.
  • Own full campaign performance, optimizing budgets, CPA, CPI, and ROI while maintaining scalable growth efficiency.
  • Develop and test growth hypotheses across audiences, GEOs, placements, ad formats, landing pages, and app/web funnels.
  • Collaborate with creative teams by researching competitors, defining creative angles, and evaluating ad performance.
  • Manage both app and web acquisition funnels, with a strong emphasis on web scaling strategies.
  • Build structured reporting systems and improve campaign operations through automation, rules, and scalable tools.
  • Continuously analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable optimization strategies.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads / Facebook Ads campaigns in high-volume B2C environments.
  • Proven experience managing large monthly advertising budgets ($100K+), ideally scaling up to $400K-$500K+.
  • Strong expertise in both app and web acquisition funnels, with solid experience in web performance scaling.
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to work with data tools such as Google Sheets, Excel, GA4, and internal analytics platforms.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics including CPA, CPI, ROAS, and conversion optimization principles.
  • Ability to clearly explain performance trends and decisions using data-driven reasoning.
  • Experience in dating, gaming, iGaming, entertainment, or other performance-driven B2C industries is highly valued.
  • Russian fluency is required; English proficiency sufficient for reading documentation and working with tools.
