Remote Licensed P&C Customer Service Rep

Remote Licensed P&C Customer Service Rep Job Description:

Licensed Insurance Agents play an essential role in helping customers safeguard what’s most important to them. As key members of our team—our Game Changers—you will respond to inquiries from both customers and agents, providing clear, accurate, and efficient support on a wide range of property and casualty policy and billing matters. In this position, you will handle service issues, document customer needs, and complete policy updates that require an active insurance license. Support may be delivered through both inbound and outbound communication channels. There is NO SALES involved with this position!!

Remote Licensed P&C Customer Service Rep Start Dates:

  • September 9th and September 14th

Remote Licensed P&C Customer Service Rep Hours:

  • Training/Nesting hours (14 weeks total) will be Monday-Friday either 8:00am - 5:00pm or 10:00am - 6:30pm (EST)
  • After training you must be available Mon-Sun for any 8 hour shift between 7:00am - 8:00pm (EST)

Remote Licensed P&C Customer Service Rep Requirements:

  • You MUST have an active P&C or Personal Lines license with no active appointments
  • You must have a verifiable HS Diploma or GED

Remote Licensed P&C Customer Service Rep Pay:

  • English: $18/hr starting wage. $19/hr for any hours after 3pm. $21/hr for weekend hours
  • Bilingual Spanish: $20/hr starting wage. $21 for any hours after 3pm. $23/hr for weekend hours

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
