As a Game Master or Game Host, you are responsible for delivering professional service while creating an exciting, fun, and entertaining environment for our guests. Our Game Master and Game Hosts communicate and work with our guests throughout their entire live escape game experience ensuring a memorable Escapology experience.

What we’re looking for:

  • Guest service experience a plus
  • Friendly and professional demeanor
  • Ability to work well as a team
  • Must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the event business, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests and assist in the check-in process
  • Brief and debrief guests on their live escape game experience
  • Monitor and run escape games
  • Recover game rooms quickly to maintain a schedule
  • Maintain company cleanliness and organizational standards
  • Handle unexpected situations in a calm and professional manner
