Are you a ''people person'' who likes games? Are you good at ''thinking on your feet'', but also like structure and attention to details? This is a FUN and CHALLENGING part-time position, with the opportunity to work into a supervisory position!

HOURS:

  • MUST be available Fri/Sat/Sun (afternoons and evenings)
  • Busier times often include holidays, and weeks when schools are closed.
  • Additional hours may be available M/Tu/W, based on bookings
  • Average 8-15 hrs/wk

Requirements

REQUIRED qualifications:

  • Customer service awareness, with strong desire to provide a fun, positive and memorable experiences for all guests!
  • Interest in games and group activities for all ages
  • Excellent work ethic
  • Strong problem solving and creative thinking skills
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions AND be flexible when necessary
  • Ability to connect with guests and motivate them to have fun in our games
  • Experience with Google Apps
  • Excellent phone/communication skills
  • Flexible schedule and reliable transportation

DESIRED qualifications:

  • Customer Service experience
  • Experience working with a wide range of ages
  • Experience playing escape games (a plus!)
  • Experience with booking software (a plus!)
  • High School Diploma (for Operations Assistant)
