Escapology Raleigh Hills-

Escapology is the world’s fastest growing escape game franchise, with over 100 venues operating around the world. Based at our store in Raleigh Hills, Oregon, we are seeking Game Masters/Game Hosts to join our team. The successful applicants will become an integral part of our team. You’ll report directly to the Venue Manager and Area Manager.


Job Description:

  • Perform activities that facilitate the customer service experience (meeting and greeting customers; customer check in; pre-game service; running/game mastering multiple games at once; interacting with customers; post game experience).
  • Reset games after they have been played.
  • Perform general tasks around the venue to assist in its operation.
  • Upsell games and merchandise to customers.
  • Deliver an excellent and professional customer service experience to customers.
  • Maintain safety standards.
  • Cleaning and sanitizing the area in and around venue to high standards.
  • Standing for extended periods.
  • Welcome guests with a warm welcome, smile, and positive attitude.
  • Fun and friendly staff.
  • Tips, Bonuses, and Commission included on top of regular wage

What we are looking for:

  • Outgoing and confident with good communication skills.
  • Flexibility for hours worked.
  • MUST be available on weekends and holidays. Most, if not all, hours will come from weekends.
  • Must be able to stand, stoop and lift objects up to 20 pounds during a shift.
  • Basic computer operation with the ability to type quickly and accurately.
  • Able to multitask; able to manage high pressure situations.
  • Good initiative; does tasks that need doing without needing prompting.
  • Able to work within a team; a good team player.
  • Must be 16+
  • Must be very detailed oriented.
  • Must have customer service experience.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
