Job Description:

A highly skilled and experienced IT Solutions Architect is sought to design and manage our ERP system and supporting application administration processes. The architect should align business requirements and strategic objectives. This role includes translating business needs into technical solutions, overseeing architecture design, collaborating with teams and stakeholders, and ensuring the successful maintenance of high-quality, scalable, and secure applications.

Essential Functions:

  • Serve as the primary technical owner and subject matter expert for management of the SAP, Deltek, Infor ERP platforms, overseeing system configuration, upgrades, and lifecycle management
  • Drive strong collaboration within IT to document current architecture for ERP modules, integrations, and extensions, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and best practices
  • Lead ERP migrations, and version upgrade projects in collaboration with vendors and internal stakeholders
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and implementation plans
  • Collaborate with AMS providers for administration standards for third-party applications that integrate with or supplement the ERP environment
  • Ensure integration of new applications with existing systems while pursuing opportunities for improvement
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Ensure applications comply with security standards and architectural guidelines
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements
  • Provide high level technical support, root cause analysis, and resolution for complex application issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in ERP application administration (SAP, Deltek Costpoint, Infor LN)

Preferred Additional Skills:

  • Experience managing IT projects with multiple IT functions (Infrastructure / Cloud, Identity Management, DBA, OS, Developers)
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to align technical solutions with business goals

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is $119,500-$222,500. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, and Vermont is $104,000-$193,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. L3Harris also offers a variety of benefits, including health and disability insurance, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, EAP, education assistance, parental leave, paid time off, and company-paid holidays.
