• You will conduct virtual counseling sessions with clients using our dedicated telehealth platform, focusing on developing personalized treatment plans and interventions.
• Utilizing a solution-oriented approach, you will engage with clients, helping them express their emotions, identify challenges, and define achievable goals.
• Document client progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with organizational standards to ensure continuity of care.
• Screen and assess clients' psychological needs prior to sessions to tailor your therapeutic approach effectively.
• You will collaborate with colleagues to share insights, resources, and best practices to enhance client care.

Your client focus will primarily be on stable, low-acuity individuals who are seeking treatment for a variety of emotional and mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and other life challenges. Our screening processes ensure that you work with clients who are prepared for therapy and genuinely committed to their mental health journey.

To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Candidates must hold an active, unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Please note that we are not accepting applications from individuals with provisional licenses or those with disciplinary actions against their license.

We are looking for candidates with strong interpersonal skills, a compassionate approach to therapy, and a familiarity with technology for remote counseling. Experience in teletherapy, while advantageous, is not mandatory. Additionally, successful candidates will embody a collaborative spirit, working transparently with colleagues to enhance client care.

The salary for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
