14822 – Construction Project Manager, BESS/Solar (onsite) - Juno Beach, FL
Start Date: ASAP
Type: Temporary Project.
Estimated Duration: 12 months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client's site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client. Occasional travel may be required to project locations and to support Development with local public hearings.
Only candidates able to relocate as required should apply to avoid removal from future consideration.

20451 required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client's site in Juno Beach, FL (required).
• Experience with Managing project execution, including vendor and contractor coordination (6+ years).
• Experience with Construction/renewables industry.
• Experience with Project management.
• Experience with Microsoft Project.
• Experience with Smartsheet.
Able to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management, Land Surveying, or a related field.

• Lead advanced pre‑construction planning and optimization for utility‑scale BESS projects, integrating engineering design, financial modeling, procurement strategy, and regulatory constraints to support executive investment decisions;
• Manage critical coordination of highly matrixed project development teams to ensure resources are focused on the right activities to meet project schedules;
• Coordinate with environmental, regulatory, cultural, land acquisition, interconnection, and other project variables to ensure comprehensive project development;
• Develop and optimize the project's technical scope and variables to improve both technical and financial feasibility;
• Support origination and development teams with PPA and GIA negotiations, as well as jurisdictional requirements;
• Coordinate engineering, estimating, and procurement needs to support the development of financial models and project designs;
• Actively seek out and leverage market data to ensure the financial model is robust.
