Summary:
The Director of Patient Services, RN at UCHealth Memorial Hospital Central, provides strategic and operational leadership for a high-acuity procedural service line. This leader is responsible for driving clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and high-quality patient-centered care while aligning departmental performance with organizational goals. The role partners closely with physician leadership and interdisciplinary teams to advance service line growth, integrate best practices, and support a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

The DirectorPatient Services RN plays a key role in advancing the health system's strategic and operational priorities by:

  • Leading the development and execution of departmental strategies, goals, and performance initiatives aligned with UCHealth's mission, values, and clinical priorities
  • Overseeing daily operations across multiple procedural units, ensuring high standards for quality, patient safety, service excellence, and regulatory compliance
  • Partnering with physician leaders and system stakeholders to optimize service line growth, throughput, and patient experience
