• Maintain a flexible schedule by determining the number of clients you wish to see through our platform, enabling you to create a timetable that suits your lifestyle.
• Utilize our marketing support and client referral system to grow your caseload while matching with clients based on your clinical preferences and areas of expertise.
• Provide live, customized support to both clinicians and clients to streamline the processes of seeking and providing care, ensuring a smooth experience for all parties involved.
• Effectively verify client insurance benefits instantly and automatically, minimizing delays in access to care and allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality counseling services.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Zenith Wellness Group, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing mental health challenges, substance use disorders, and varying degrees of distress. Your role will involve developing personalized treatment plans that cater to each client's unique needs, empowering them to set and achieve their mental health goals. Through telehealth sessions, you will provide invaluable support, guidance, and therapeutic interventions tailored to foster healing and growth.

• Must hold a current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
• A Master's degree in Counseling, Professional Counseling, or a related field is required.
• Ability to provide high-quality care from a designated home office space that guarantees privacy for patient interactions.
• Must meet all regulatory and background requirements for counseling practice.
• In-depth knowledge of mental health and substance abuse diagnoses is essential.
• Strong comfort level with technology, including telehealth software and communication tools.

• Experience in collaborative work with clients to help them achieve personal and therapeutic goals.
• Proven ability to conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

• Competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
