As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Provide ethical and compassionate mental health counseling to clients through secure video sessions.
• Utilize solution-focused therapy methodologies and evidence-based practices tailored to meet individual client needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, setting clear goals with measurable outcomes.
• Engage clients in meaningful discussions to enhance their understanding of their thoughts, feelings, and coping strategies.
• Monitor client progress and adapt treatment approaches as necessary to ensure effective care and positive trajectory towards health.
• Participate in periodic training and team meetings to enhance skills and share best practices with peers.

Our therapists primarily work with stable, low-acuity adult clients who present a diverse array of mental health needs. We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Applicants must hold a valid and unrestricted license to practice independently; candidates should possess one of the following licenses:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• No limited or provisional licenses will be accepted; candidates must be free of any disciplinary actions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a genuine empathy towards clients’ experiences.
• Strong computer literacy, with the ability to navigate telehealth technology and documentation effectively.

While a minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling is required, we value additional experiences such as specialized training in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), group therapy facilitation, or trauma-informed care. Familiarity with telehealth practices will also be advantageous.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Benefits include:
