You will work with a diverse array of clients, including those facing mental health challenges, substance use disorders, and various life transitions. Through our telehealth platform, you're equipped to support clients from different backgrounds and needs, adapting your therapeutic approaches to meet their specific goals and conditions.

• A current and valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
• A Master's degree in Counseling, Professional Counseling, or a closely related field.
• A home office that ensures patient confidentiality and complies with healthcare regulations.
• Previous experience in mental health and/or substance use diagnosis.
• Proficiency in using telehealth technology, video conferencing tools, and internal communication platforms.
• A strong ability to conduct thorough assessments and work collaboratively with clients towards their treatment goals.

• Previous experience in a community health setting.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT).
• Demonstrated ability to maintain and manage a therapeutic workspace that supports client engagement and compliance with ethical standards.
