While the position primarily involves individual and group therapy conducted online, our LCSW will work closely with a dedicated interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and support staff committed to providing coordinated care for our clients.

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and resources available to them.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that set clear therapeutic goals and interventions, while integrating feedback from clients and their families.
• Collaborate regularly with the treatment team to ensure that care is client-centered and meets the evolving needs of each individual.
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments to ensure client safety, developing safety plans as necessary.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of all client interactions in compliance with ethical and legal standards, facilitating effective communication amongst the treatment team.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, educational workshops, and support groups that foster community and provide additional resources to our client population.

Our clientele primarily consists of individuals experiencing mental health concerns associated with terminal illnesses, grief, and complex emotional processes surrounding end-of-life care. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will provide critical support not only to clients but also to their families, ensuring they navigate the emotional landscape of this sensitive time with dignity and understanding. Your role is instrumental in promoting resilience, healing, and quality of life for those in the hospice environment.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is a must.
• A solid understanding of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment strategies relevant to our patient demographics.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills aimed at building trust with clients and coordinating effectively with interdisciplinary teams.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, particularly with a focus on hospice care is preferred.
• Experience leading group therapy sessions and providing psychoeducation to clients and families is advantageous.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote therapeutic practices is highly regarded.

The annual salary for this position ranges between USD 80,000 and 100,000, commensurate with experience, along with a generous sign-on bonus.
