Key Responsibilities

As a Mental Health Therapist, you will:

  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand each client's unique strengths and challenges, utilizing evidence-based practices.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans incorporating a range of therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.
  • Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records, upholding HIPAA compliance and ethical standards in all documentation.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow therapists, to ensure an integrated approach to client care.
