As a Mental Health Therapist, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand each client's unique strengths and challenges, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Develop personalized treatment plans incorporating a range of therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records, upholding HIPAA compliance and ethical standards in all documentation.
• Collaborate with a diverse team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow therapists, to ensure an integrated approach to client care.
• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to continually enhance the quality of therapeutic interventions.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment approaches, and the support available within the community.
• Remain current with developments in the mental health field to better serve your clients.

To be a successful candidate, you should possess:

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active license to practice as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Texas.
• Strong understanding and experience in implementing evidence-based therapy interventions tailored to individual patient needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

This full-time mental health therapist position offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to financial compensation, we provide:
