• Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide therapeutic services tailored to the needs of individual clients and couples.
• Document session notes and treatment plans within 24 hours of each therapy session, maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that align with clients' goals, ensuring a structured approach to care.
• Engage in peer case consultations to enhance clinical knowledge and share insights with colleagues.
• Maintain accurate, timely records of client interactions and treatment progress, contributing to overall practice effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will work primarily with adult individuals and couples facing various mental health challenges. Clients may seek assistance for issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship problems, and trauma. Our goal is to empower these individuals to achieve personal growth, emotional stability, and meaningful relationships through effective therapeutic intervention.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.
• Active independent licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Counselors (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential.
• Proficiency with virtual therapy platforms and a strong understanding of telehealth best practices.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing therapy in a mental health setting is preferred.
• Experience working with diverse populations and an appreciation for cultural sensitivity in therapy practices.
• Ability to utilize various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based approaches, and person-centered therapy.
