Pride Health is hiring a Video Remote Medical Interpreter to support our client's healthcare facility in Aurora, CO. Interested? Apply Today!
Job Details:
Schedule:
Fixed schedule, e.g., Monday-Friday 8 am – 5 pm with standard breaks.
Location: Aurora, CO - 80014
Job Type: Local contract
Contract Length: 3 months of Contract (Possibility of Extension)
Pay Range: $25 - $28 per Hour on W2.
*Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.
Duties:
  • Provide video remote interpretation in patients' preferred language.
  • Interpret medical terminology accurately during clinical and non-clinical interactions.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy compliance.
  • Translate written documents as needed.
  • Support care teams with cultural and linguistic expertise.
Requirements:
  • Pass the client’s medical interpreter competency assessment.
  • Completion of a 40-hour medical interpreter training program.
  • Minimum 2 years of medical interpreting experience.
  • MUST BE A FLUENT SPANISH SPEAKER.
  • Strong bilingual communication skills and medical terminology knowledge.
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to work independently.
  • Preferred:
  • Prior Video Remote Interpretation experience.
  • Certified Medical Interpreter (CMI) or Certified Healthcare Interpreter (CHI) credential.
