QuickNode

Hallandale Beach, FL โ€ข Remote

$116K - $129K/yr

Full-time

Job description

Quicknode is a cloud-based infrastructure company that powers the blockchain ecosystem.

Our mission is to be the indispensable utility that empowers companies and innovators globally to build next-generation, Web3 enabled businesses & applications using blockchain technology. Quicknode is backed by some of the world's best investors including Tiger Global, Y Combinator, SoftBank, and the Seven Seven Six Fund. The Quicknode team has over 120 people maintaining high performance global data infrastructure for amazing customers serving billions of requests daily.

We are a global remote company with an HQ in Miami, Florida.

The Role

As a Go To Market Operations Analyst, youโ€™ll own the day-to-day execution layer of Quicknodeโ€™s revenue systems and help build the AI-native automation that makes that execution scalable. Salesforce administration, deal desk processing, comp cycle support, and tooling administration are the baseline. The differentiator is heavy use of Claude Code, n8n, and agentic workflows to automate routine work, surface anomalies, and replace headcount-heavy processes with leverage. The role reports into the Vice President of Go To Market and operates as the execution counterpart to the Staff Go To Market & AI Operations Manager.

This is a high-leverage seat for someone who treats every repetitive task as an automation opportunity. You won't just keep the revenue systems running, you'll systematically remove the manual work inside them, freeing the broader GTM org to operate at a scale that would otherwise require additional headcount. It's an ideal role for an operator who wants to go deep on AI-native revenue operations as Quicknode scales through its next stage of growth.

What You'll Do
  • Salesforce Administration (AI-Leveraged)

    • Day-to-day SFDC admin: user provisioning, permission sets, list views, reports, dashboards.

    • Build and maintain custom objects, fields, validation rules, and flows under the architectural direction of Staff Go To Market & AI Operations Manager.

    • Use Claude Code and AI-assisted tooling to scale admin throughput: scripted bulk updates, automated data quality checks, agentic triage of support tickets.

    • Maintain pipeline hygiene automation (stale opportunity flags, missing field alerts, Rattle / Slack-native notifications).

    • Monitor integration health across Outreach โ†” SFDC, Gong โ†” SFDC, RevOps.io โ†” SFDC, HubSpot โ†” SFDC.

  • AI-Native Workflow Development

    • Build and maintain n8n automations for routing, enrichment, reporting, and recurring operational work.

    • Use Claude Code to ship internal tooling improvements directly into the Marketing and GTM Operations repos.

    • Prototype agentic workflows for lead enrichment, deal hygiene scans, forecast accuracy checks, and account intelligence surfacing.

    • Convert repeatable manual processes into automated workflows: every recurring ticket is a candidate for automation.

    • Maintain the internal n8n template library and document AI-first patterns for the Team.

  • Deal Desk & Commissions Support

    • Process inbound deal desk requests in RevOps.io CPQ: order form generation, SKU placement, pricing approvals, SFDC sync.

    • Verify contracts against margin thresholds and confirm correct term dates, SKU placement, drawdown rates before signature.

    • Support the quarterly commissions cycle: pull attainment data, run payout calculations under the Staff Go To Market & AI Operations Managerโ€™s direction and coordinating with Finance.

    • Support new product launches: create SKUs, map to Salesforce products, update order form templates.

  • Tooling Administration

    • Day-to-day administration of the Go To Market stack: Apollo, Gong, Rattle, Clay, RingLead, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

    • User provisioning, license management, seat optimization.

    • Run vendor support tickets to closure and surface renewal windows.

What You'll Bring
  • 2-5 years in Salesforce administration and/or GTM / Revenue Operations.

  • Strong Salesforce fundamentals: SOQL, formula fields, flows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.

  • Hands-on experience with AI and automation tooling (Claude Code, n8n, ChatGPT, Zapier, or comparable); comfortable writing Python or JavaScript when a problem calls for it.

  • Hands-on with HubSpot, RevOps.io, or comparable CPQ and marketing automation stacks.

  • Enough understanding of how GTM systems connect (CRM, CPQ, enrichment, data flows) to build well inside an existing architecture.

  • A self-directed operator: you've taught yourself tools, shipped solutions without being handed a spec, and reach for automation before you repeat the work.

  • A drive to work alongside a high-caliber team on hard problems at the intersection of blockchain infrastructure and AI.

  • High attention to detail, and the judgment to know when to move fast and when to slow down.
