Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Enterprise Sales Director, Tax to support our Sales organization. Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager, this role focuses on driving new business and customer acquisition within a defined territory through prospecting, networking, referrals, and inbound opportunities.

The ideal candidate operates as a proactive, trusted partner—capable of managing complex enterprise sales cycles, leveraging partnerships, and delivering consultative solutions tailored to government and tax organizations.

  • Drive new business acquisition through prospecting, networking events, referrals, and inbound lead generation

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of closing experience in IT or software sales

  • Familiarity with consultative sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC, MEDDPICC, Value Selling)
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce.com

  • Ability to travel up to 50% within assigned territory

Base salary is one component of total compensation. Employees may also be eligible for an annual bonus or commission. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. The above represents the expected base compensation range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider many factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors.
