How Will You Make a Difference?

  • Master the fundamentals and intricacies of law firm pricing, and associated operations and analysis
  • Prepare and analyze reports to ensure data integrity, proactively identifying and resolving issues to maintain accurate financial system data.
  • Implement, monitor, and support client pricing in alignment with contractual requirements and internal guidelines, ensuring accurate setup, approvals, and billing execution.
  • Problem-solve to address pricing-related inquiries from other departments, attorneys, senior management and outside clients.
  • Provide financial analysis of our legal practice groups and other aspects of the firm's operations
  • Produce ad hoc and standardized monthly and quarterly management reports and presentations
  • Grow your knowledge base and responsibility over time in all aspects of the firmโ€™s financial management

What Will You Bring to the Table?

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree required, with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5
  • Prior work experience in a role entailing problem solving, critical thinking, analysis (including financial), reporting and detail-oriented responsibilities is preferred
  • Ability and drive to identify and analyze issues and to work towards solutions
  • Ability to learn fast and multi-task effectively while staying organized and maintaining work quality
  • Ability and desire to independently manage a task, function, or project from beginning to end
  • Ability and drive to identify knowledge gaps and willingness to ask questions
  • Acute attention to details and work product
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MSExcel to include experience with pivot tables, vlookups, formulas; SQL and VBA knowledge and/or demonstrated ability to learn and use programming languages a plus
  • This role requires the ability to travel to the Minneapolis office for training and occasionally for team meetings.

  • The estimated starting pay range is $68,000-$85,000 per year. Final compensation will be based on a variety of factors, including education, experience, skills, professional background, and overall qualifications. The salary range for this position is consistent across all geographic markets.
