Financial Analyst Job Summary: The Financial Analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support decision‐making processes within the organization. This role involves working closely with various departments to understand financial performance, identify trends, and assist in financial planning and forecasting. Key Responsibilities: Analyze financial data and create financial models to support strategic initiatives.

Prepare and present financial reports, including variance analysis, to management. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying trends and variances.

Conduct profitability analysis and provide recommendations for cost optimization. Support the development of business cases for new projects and investments. Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and ensure accuracy.

Stay up-to-date with financial trends and best practices to inform analysis. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
