The Executive Assistant/Office Assistant (Remote) will provide high-level administrative support to multiple executives and cross-functional teams within the company. This role requires excellent organizational skills, proactive communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across the entire department. The assistant will act as a vital communication liaison and ensure smooth office operations while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in a remote work environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendars and schedule meetings for multiple executives
- Handle email correspondence and respond promptly on behalf of executives
- Provide meeting support including preparation and follow-up documentation
- Perform office administration tasks and maintain accurate record keeping
- Coordinate vendor communications and office supplies management
- Enter and maintain data in various proprietary and project management tools
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks to support department needs
- Serve as a communication liaison across departments and teams
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in administrative support roles
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools
