Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer

Atlanta, Georgia | Full-Time | Primarily In Office

Position Summary

The Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer provides high-level administrative and organizational support across multiple affiliated companies. This trusted role keeps the COO organized, prepared, and focused by coordinating schedules, travel, communications, projects, and executive priorities while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the COO's calendar, travel, meetings, and executive correspondence.
  • Coordinate projects, action items, reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
  • Support HR, Accounting, IT, Operations, and executive initiatives as assigned.
  • Assist with confidential business and occasional personal administrative matters.
  • Maintain executive files, schedules, and priorities with exceptional organization.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items.

Travel & Work Environment

  • Primarily based in the Atlanta office with regular travel to the Marietta facility.
  • Accompany the COO to meetings, company locations, and business events.
  • Occasional out-of-state travel as business needs require.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
  • Primarily in-office; occasional remote work based on business needs.

Qualifications
