Overview
We are seeking a Senior Digital Production Designer to bridge the gap between creative design, content, and digital production. This individual will support the development and execution of high-quality digital assets while ensuring creative concepts are translated effectively across web and digital channels. The ideal candidate combines strong visual and graphic design capabilities with hands-on digital production experience. This person should be comfortable taking established creative direction and turning it into polished, production-ready assets while partnering closely with creative, content, marketing, and digital teams. This is a remote consulting role for 6 months (with possible extensions). Qualified candidates must live and work in the United States and must be fully authorized to work without requiring visa sponsorship. We do not offer Corp to Corp.
Requirements
  • Design and produce creative assets for web, digital, marketing, and content-driven initiatives.
  • Translate creative concepts, brand guidelines, and content requirements into polished digital deliverables.
  • Serve as a bridge between senior creative/design teams and digital production, ensuring concepts are executed accurately and consistently.
  • Create and adapt digital assets across multiple formats, platforms, and screen sizes.
  • Partner with content designers, UX/UI designers, marketing teams, and other creative stakeholders.
  • Manage production-ready files and ensure assets meet appropriate technical and brand specifications.
  • Support website updates, campaigns, landing pages, digital experiences, and other content initiatives.
  • Maintain consistency across typography, imagery, layout, branding, and overall visual presentation.
  • Manage multiple projects and deliverables while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Review and QA creative assets before final delivery or publication.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in digital design, graphic design, content design, digital production, or a related creative discipline.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating experience with digital, web, and marketing creative.
  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and/or similar design tools.
  • Experience with Figma and digital design workflows strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of digital production requirements, responsive design, and web-based creative.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
  • Experience collaborating with creative, content, UX, marketing, and digital teams.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Bachelors Degree Required

Compensation
Sand Cherry Associates is required by Colorado law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range considers a wide range of factors considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. This is a 6 month consulting engagement with an annual salary of $85,000-95,000. Years of experience, level of education, geographic location, unique skills/qualifications for the specific role and potential certifications can be key factors in the final compensation for this role.
