Job description

We're seeking a highly detail-oriented Freelance Production Designer to join a NYC Creative team at a global fashion brand. This individual will support the development of high-quality marketing assets across digital, video, and social channels. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys refining and preparing creative work for production, and takes pride in delivering polished, error-free assets. Reporting to the Associate Art Director on the Paid Media team, you'll work alongside a small but collaborative creative team, helping bring campaigns to life through exceptional organization, precision, and execution.
This position offers flexibility based on your preferences and location:
  • Fully Remote
  • Hybrid
  • Onsite
  • Hourly pay rate is up to $46.00 based on experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and deliver production-ready creative assets across digital, video, and animation platforms.
  • Update, revise, and refine existing creative files to meet project requirements.
  • Resize and adapt assets for multiple channels and formats.
  • Organize and maintain design files, working documents, and asset libraries to support efficient workflows.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet brand, quality, and technical standards.
  • Participate in project sign-off meetings and incorporate stakeholder feedback.
  • Collaborate closely with designers and creative team members to keep projects moving efficiently.
  • Support light graphic design needs as required.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 1-3 years of professional experience as a Production Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly:
    • Photoshop
    • Illustrator
    • Premiere Pro
  • Experience with Figma and design systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
