• Conduct culturally sensitive and strengths-based assessments for new patients and families, gathering comprehensive histories to inform treatment plans.
• Provide individual and family therapy sessions tailored to meet the specific needs of patients, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities.
• Complete required documentation, including billing, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms, within specified time frames to ensure smooth care delivery.
• Develop and implement crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention strategies, and wellness plans to support clients in maintaining stable mental health.
• Create detailed and individualized discharge plans that facilitate a seamless transition for clients, enhancing their ability to manage their mental health independently post-treatment.
• Strictly adhere to all relevant federal and state regulations, as well as NEHS policies and procedures, ensuring a compliant and high-quality service environment.
• Commit to ongoing professional development through training, workshops, and continuing education opportunities to enhance your clinical skills.
• Engage actively in case consultations and participate in agency meetings to keep abreast of best practices and collaborative approaches.
• Complete all licensure and mandatory training to maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines.

• You possess a Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field that qualifies you for licensure.
• You are a licensed mental health therapist holding an LMHC, LMFT, or LCSW credential in the State of New York.

• At least two years of professional experience in a mental health counseling setting.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and remote counseling tools.
• Proficiency in developing and implementing comprehensive treatment plans.
