Job description

De Novo, a boutique staffing and recruitment agency is currently seeking a Florida attorney with 5+ years of Federal litigation experience to serve as of counsel.  Attorney will handle a breach of contract case in Federal Court for a firm.  The position is contract, remote and part time, about 30 hours per month.

Qualifications:

  • Must have 5+ years of Federal litigation experience
  • Must be barred in Florida with a license in good standing, preferably residing in the South Florida area
  • Must be willing to be attorney of record taking on all aspects of the case including attending any necessary hearings and responsible for all case deadlines
  • Must be available to communicate with the client 
  • Must be available for a minimum of 30 hours per month;
