Job Description
  • Manage a high-volume docket of consumer finance / credit reporting matters (FCRA-driven)
  • Draft and respond to written discovery; review productions and develop case themes
  • Draft complaints, routine motions, and key filings with support from paralegal/admin resources
  • Own calendaring and deadlines across your matters and keep cases moving efficiently
  • Participate in client meetings and litigation strategy sessions
  • Negotiate settlements and help drive matters to resolution
  • Collaborate with litigation leadership to improve templates, workflows, and processes
Qualifications
  • Active member in good standing of the California Bar
  • 2+ years of litigation experience in a consumer-facing or finance-adjacent practice
  • Hands-on FCRA experience (Fair Credit Reporting Act)
  • Experience managing a high-volume docket or high-throughput casework
  • Strong legal writing skills and solid judgment
  • Organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable owning your matters
