Position Summary

As a PRISM Technical Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in the implementation, support, and enhancement of PRISMCompliance.com. You will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, analysts, and clients to define business needs, translate them into technical requirements, and support solution delivery from concept to post-launch.

This role is ideal for early-to-mid-career professionals with strong technical aptitude, business analysis experience, and a passion for client success

Key Responsibilities Technical & Functional Analysis

  • Work with clients to gather and validate business and system requirements
  • Analyze workflows, user stories, and system behaviors to identify solutions aligned with PRISM functionality
  • Document technical requirements, data mapping, and use cases
  • Support creation of custom reports, SQL queries, and data visualizations (e.g., Crystal Reports, Power BI)

Product Implementation & Configuration

  • Assist in the configuration and rollout of new PRISM environments
  • Collaborate with developers to support system integrations and data conversion
  • Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect tracking
  • Provide hands-on support during go-live and post-implementation phases

Client Support & Training

  • Deliver responsive Tier 2/3 technical support to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Lead client and partner training sessions (virtual and in-person)
  • Develop user guides, FAQs, and technical documentation to support ongoing education

Data Management & Reporting

  • Perform quality assurance on data imports and exports
  • Write and maintain queries and scripts for reporting and analytics
  • Identify and troubleshoot data issues and support performance optimization

Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field
  • 4+ years' experience in systems analysis or similar technical role
  • 4+ years in IT product implementation, technical support, or configuration
  • Familiarity with business process engineering and Agile/Scrum methodology
  • Proficient with SQL, Excel, and Microsoft Office 365 suite
  • Working knowledge of reporting tools such as Crystal Reports, Power BI, or Tableau
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and technical writing skills

Preferred

  • Experience supporting SaaS or cloud-based solutions
  • Understanding of supplier diversity, procurement, or compliance industries
  • Familiarity with tools such as SharePoint, Visio, Jira, or Azure DevOps
