We are a leading electronics recycling and reuse company with six locations across the United States. We are dedicated to sustainable practices and innovative solutions for e- waste management. Specializing in the purchasing and recycling of circuit boards , we partner with businesses to responsibly manage their electronic assets while maximizing value recovery.
Job Summary: We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Remote Sales Hunter to focus exclusively on new client acquisition in the Midwest and West Coast regions. This role will target businesses, manufacturers, and IT asset managers, promoting our electronics recycling services and circuit board purchasing programs. The ideal candidate is a self- starter with a proven track record in B2B sales, exceptional cold-calling skills, and a passion for sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and prospect new clients in the Midwest (e.g., IL, IN, MI, OH, WI) and West Coast (e.g., CA, OR, WA, NV) through research, cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients, focusing on industries with high electronics turnover, such as manufacturing, IT, healthcare, and education.
  • Present tailored solutions for electronics recycling and circuit board purchasing, highlighting cost savings, environmental benefits, and compliance with e-waste regulations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns for lead generation in assigned regions.
  • Document all sales activities, leads, and client interactions in the company CRM system for accurate tracking and follow-up.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, regulations (e.g., R2, e-Stewards), and competitor offerings to position our services effectively.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in electronics recycling, IT asset disposition, or a related field.
  • Proven success in new client acquisition through cold calling, lead generation, and relationship building.
  • Strong understanding of the electronics recycling industry, including circuit board purchasing and e-waste compliance.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers remotely.
  • Self-motivated with a hunter mentality, capable of working independently in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and virtual meeting tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events in the Midwest and West Coast (travel expenses covered).
