Job description

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team and work on complex, integration-heavy IT projects. In this role, you will collaborate with clients and delivery teams to shape solutions, turn business needs into implementation-ready requirements and support effective technical delivery.


Location: US Remote in US (preferably Eastern or Central US)

Employment Type: Full-Time


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to elicit, clarify, and validate business and system requirements
  • Collaborate with the delivery team to refine requirements and align on feasibility, solution options, design decisions, and implementation scope
  • Define and decompose requirements into implementation-ready work items and tasks
  • Create, maintain, and manage requirements and related project documentation
  • Participate in refinement, estimation, and planning activities
  • Facilitate discussions, demos, and acceptance reviews


REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst and/or System Analyst on IT projects
  • Background in IT, business or related fields (formal education or equivalent experience)
  • Strong technical background and ability to analyze system behavior, integrations (APIs/events) and data models
  • Ability to identify root causes, challenge assumptions, and ask the right questions
  • Ability to quickly learn and navigate complex systems, domains, and concepts
  • Ability to manage business analysis tasks end-to-end within the agreed scope
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills with both business and technical stakeholders
  • English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher


NICE TO HAVE:

  • Experience in discovery, presales, or early solution shaping phases
  • Experience with cloud-based, integration-heavy systems, including IoT/edge and AI/ML-enabled solutions
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools
  • Experience applying AI-assisted tools to business analysis tasks
  • Experience implementing workflows in Dynamics 365 apps (low-code/no-code configuration)
