• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine individualized treatment needs for clients, utilizing tools that include standardized assessment instruments and personal interviews.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) tailored to the unique needs of individuals, couples, and families.
• Collaborate with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to create comprehensive care plans, ensuring clients receive holistic treatment that addresses all facets of their mental health.
• Provide timely crisis intervention to clients experiencing acute distress, employing de-escalation techniques and support strategies to stabilize situations effectively.
• Participate in community outreach efforts, developing educational programs that focus on mental health awareness and reducing stigma associated with mental health issues.

Our client base is diverse, encompassing individuals of various ages, cultural backgrounds, and socio-economic statuses. • A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is mandatory.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to build therapeutic rapport with clients from varying backgrounds.
• Demonstrated cultural competence, with the ability to sensitively navigate and respect the diverse experiences and identities of our clients.
• Strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate records and documentation as required by state regulations and agency policies.

• Prior experience in both outpatient and community-based settings with a focus on evidence-based therapeutic practices.
• Experience working with specific populations, such as children, adolescents, or veterans, is highly valued.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling methodologies is preferred.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. We also offer a generous sign-on bonus for qualified candidates to welcome you to our team.
