• Conduct virtual therapy sessions utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques to effectively address the mental health needs of clients.
• Document session notes and case progress in an efficient digital format, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Participate in weekly peer consultation meetings and continuing education events to enhance clinical knowledge and skills.
• Maintain a consistent Monday to Friday working schedule, allowing for sufficient availability to clients while promoting work-life balance.

• An active and unrestricted license to practice as an LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW in Florida is required.
• A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution is mandatory.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience, ideally in a telehealth or outpatient setting.
• Strong understanding of CBT principles and familiarity with best practices in telehealth delivery are essential.

• Experience conducting teletherapy sessions, particularly within diverse and multicultural client populations.

• Knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficient documentation processes.

The salary for the Remote Licensed Mental Health Therapist position ranges from USD 100,000 to 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
