Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a primary liaison between students, families, and outpatient providers to ensure a continuum of care.
  • Collaborate with insurance companies to manage pre-certification and utilization management processes, ensuring clients have access to necessary services.
  • Participate in discharge and aftercare planning, providing insights on the needs of students transitioning out of intensive care settings.
