Position Overview

Wellmore Health Center is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team in a full-time remote role. Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing flexibility in your schedule while maintaining a structured workweek from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Utilizing telehealth technology, therapists engage with clients in a virtual setting, managing a balance of caseload and documentation responsibilities. Our supportive team environment encourages collaboration among colleagues, ensuring everyone works toward the unified goal of community wellness.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations to diagnose clients accurately and develop tailored treatment plans that address their specific needs.
• Maintain a caseload of 25-30 client visits each week, providing individual, couple, and family therapy while ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Document progress and complete ongoing treatment plan reviews, case notes, and relevant documentation in compliance with organizational guidelines.
• Utilize innovative therapeutic interventions and creative strategies that engage clients and promote their personal growth and path to recovery.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including case managers and medical personnel, to coordinate comprehensive care and support for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Wellmore Health Center serves a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, couples, and families. As an LMFT, you will be expected to adeptly navigate the complexities of familial and relational dynamics, addressing issues such as communication, conflict resolution, and trauma. A strong understanding of community resources is essential to support clients in their unique contexts and needs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients and team members.
• Ability to model appropriate boundaries and maintain a professional demeanor.
• Demonstrated experience in mental health documentation, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience with a diverse patient population, encompassing a broad range of age groups and presenting issues.
• Familiarity with fee collection processes and treatment at the time of service.
• Experience in providing therapy through telehealth platforms is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to 110,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Wellmore Health Center offers a competitive and customizable compensation plan that includes the following:
