What You Will Be a Part Of:
We are actively seeking to grow our team at office locations: Brickell, Miami, Florida.

We are excited to offer up to $5,000 as a sign-on bonus to new team members, along with an attractive compensation package of up to 65% commission for salespersons with 2-3 years of full-time experience at a commercial real estate company. We provide comprehensive support to our agents, handling advertising and logistics while allowing you to focus on providing expert guidance in pricing, negotiations, and closing. The role includes a mix of remote work and field activities, along with occasional in-office team meetings and networking events.

The Founder / CEO serves as the Principal Broker, an attorney, and a seasoned commercial real estate advisor, working closely with international and domestic business owners, developers, investors, lenders, and entrepreneurs.


What You’ll Be Doing:
You will be responsible for assisting clients in selling, acquiring, and/or leasing commercial properties. Our focus is on helping businesses create value, optimize costs, and enhance efficiency through strategic real estate planning and management. We offer our clients transparent market consulting, drawing from our experience in tenant representation, landlord representation, and asset management.

Who You Are:
Licensed: You already hold a valid real estate license in Florida.
● Experience: You possess at least 3+ years of recent commercial real estate/brokerage experience.

● Track Record: You have an excellent track record of representing tenants, users, and investors in the CRE marketplace.
● Relationship Skills: You possess strong relationship management and business development/sales skills.
