JOB SUMMARY

The Account Manageris responsible forArch's visibility and results of lender client relationships in an assigned geographical territory. Theydeveloplong-termrelationships,at the corporateandbranch level, and delivervalue addedcredit enhancement solutions. This roleworksclosely withtherespective DVP orRVP on strategy, new customer opportunities,and call patternsfor the territory.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES&ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Meet with lender customers to promote Arch US MI'sproductsto expand and sell new business.Establish,buildandmaintainrelationships withsenior levelexecutivesand MI decision influencers.

2. Develop anddemonstratethoroughknowledge of customers'operations, business models, andchallenges.LeverageArchproducts and services to achieve productionobjectivesandadvancecustomers' businessstrategies.

3. Develop, implement, andmaintainaccount plans,goals,andhome office summariesin SalesForce.com(SFDC). UtilizeSFDC for monthly planning, daily call reporting, and account summary highlights.

4. Keep current on both national and local industry trends and contribute to the mortgage industry through networking and industry events.

5. Represent Arch at client meetings, regional and state conferences, tradeshowsand other events to promote Arch's products and broaden exposure within the mortgage industry.

6. Support ancillary or adjacent product offerings by Arch Mortgage Global Group. If requested,facilitateany quality leads to Arch Insurance.

7. Understand competitors' strengths and weaknesses andcommunicate any relevant competitive intel to Arch MI Corporate.Articulate tocustomersthe differentiatedproducts and servicesof Arch US MI.

8. Collaborate with internal departments to deliver superior customer service and response timeensuring "ease of use" and customer loyalty.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Knowledge & Skills:

1. Ability to develop, implement andmonitoraccount specific strategies andsalestactics to achieve NIW growthobjectives.

2. Results drivenandsolutions oriented, with the ability toutilizetime effectively. Ability to work with remote teams.

3. Technicalcapability usingMicrosoft Office suite of products includingTeams,Excel, Outlook,Wordand Power Point; Familiaritywith andhigh levelof comfort using remote access tools (VPN) and Salesforce.com and other web-based tools.

4. Competentunderstanding of the mortgage industryand basic GSE requirements for mortgage insurance.

5. Ability to interact with and deliver presentations to senior level decision makers, vendors, and clients in a professional manner.

Education & Experience

Required knowledge& skillswould typically beacquiredthrough aBachelor'sdegree. Work experience in lieu ofdegreeis acceptable.

Working Conditions/Environment & Physical Demands

1. Remote basedemployment.

2. 75-85% travel - Expectations include daily sales calls, lender meetings, and conferences. Some travel may be necessary over weekends if conferencesdictate.Overnight travel to cover entire territory is likely.

$58,000 - $75,000/year plus VIC

  • Total individual compensation (base salary, short & long-term incentives) offered will take into account a number of factors including but not limited to geographic location, scope & responsibilities of the role, qualifications, talent availability & specialization as well as business needs. The above pay range may be modified in the future.
