Job description

As the Tradeshow Events Manager, you will lead the end-to-end planning, design, and execution of a select portfolio of domestic and international events! In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to align brand messaging, manage budgets, and oversee on-site logistics from setup to teardown. What You Will Do: 

  • Manage the end-to-end execution of global events, providing hands-on, on-site support from initial set-up to final tear-down while ensuring seamless logistics and effective communication

  • Coordinate with cross-functional internal teams across product development, sales, and marketing to define event goals, budgets, timelines, and critical deliverables

  • Work closely with marketing and creative services teams to develop engaging event collateral, promotional materials, and highly effective presentations

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key industry partners, exhibitors, event organizers, and external agencies to ensure consistent brand messaging across different markets

  • Conduct post-event evaluations to measure effectiveness, analyze ROI, gather attendee feedback, and recommend innovative strategies to enhance future event experiences

  • Act as a leader within the department by providing continuous guidance, training, and support to inspire junior staff

  • Perform other event-related tasks and strategic initiatives as assigned

What We Are Looking For: 

  • 3+ years of proven event management experience, preferably within the toy industry or a related consumer products sector

  • Strong project management skills with the proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to build relationships with diverse individuals at all organizational levels

  • Highly adaptable, energetic mindset with the capacity to proactively problem-solve and troubleshoot on-site logistics during active, high-pressure events

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace (G-Suite)

  • Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 50% of the time

Nice To Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
