Remote evening jobs are positions that allow individuals to work from a location of their choice, typically their home, during evening hours. These jobs are ideal for those who need flexibility or have commitments during the day. Common roles include customer service representatives, virtual assistants, tutors, and technical support specialists. Employers offering remote evening jobs usually provide the necessary tools and training to work effectively outside of standard business hours.

Professionals in remote evening positions often face challenges such as maintaining work-life balance, managing communication across different time zones, and staying motivated during less traditional working hours. To address these, it’s helpful to establish a routine, set clear boundaries between work and personal time, and use collaboration tools to stay connected with team members. Proactively communicating about availability and deadlines can also minimize misunderstandings and foster effective teamwork.

We are committed to providing outstanding mental health care with a focus on evidence-based practices and person-centered approaches. Our interdisciplinary team is composed of experienced clinicians across various specialties, ensuring comprehensive care for our clients. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of clients by building rapport and maintaining a therapeutic relationship while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to assess progress, stability, and readiness for discharge, creating a supportive environment for personal growth and development.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals, and ensure consistent engagement in therapy.
  • Document client assessments, treatment progress, and modifications to therapy plans comprehensively and accurately for compliance and continuity of care.
  • Conduct thorough intake assessments to evaluate client needs and determine appropriate intervention strategies.
  • Participate actively in individual supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and receive constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and medical professionals, to deliver integrated care that addresses the holistic well-being of clients.
  • Embrace a growth mindset by seeking ongoing education and staying informed about best practices in mental health counseling.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LCPC at Vibra, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing challenges such as substance abuse disorders, anxiety, depression, and eating disorders. Your clinical expertise will play a crucial role in guiding clients through their treatment journeys, empowering them as they navigate their mental health challenges. Our center often serves a broad demographic, from adolescents to adults, reflecting differing cultural backgrounds and life situations.

Qualifications
  • A master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
  • A valid, unrestricted, independent, and current clinical licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Maryland.
  • Minimum of one year of clinical experience in an outpatient setting post-graduation, demonstrating competence in therapeutic modalities.
  • Exceptional critical thinking, verbal communication, and active listening skills are essential for effective client interactions and therapeutic processes.
Preferred Experience

While the minimum requirements include essential qualifications, we highly value candidates with additional experience in specialized populations or clinical settings, such as those with a history of trauma, dual diagnoses, or complex behavioral issues. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth services is advantageous, as these will enhance your practice efficiency.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Moreover, we offer a unique Fee-for-Service model where clinicians receive guaranteed rates and immediate payment upon service deliveryβ€”eliminating the wait time for reimbursement. Benefits include:

  • Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance, with supplemental benefits available.
  • A robust 401(k) retirement plan with company contributions.
  • Malpractice Insurance provided by the organization.
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to support personal and professional challenges.
  • Opportunities for professional development, including access to free continuing education units (CEUs) on various mental health topics.
