We provide our therapists with all necessary tools to ensure they can deliver exceptional care, including a billing service that efficiently manages claims and client accounts, which allows you to focus on your clinical work rather than administrative tasks.

• Provide high-quality individual and couples therapy to clients across a broad range of age groups, helping them navigate various emotional and psychological challenges.
• Manage all aspects of client care documentation by promptly completing notes and record-keeping activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Maintain an organized schedule by efficiently managing ongoing appointments with clients and keeping an updated calendar for timely follow-ups.
• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address diverse clinical presentations, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Collaborate with fellow therapists and healthcare providers to enhance patient care and share insights, creating a culture of teamwork and support.

Our clinic serves a diverse population, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will have the opportunity to work with clients of different ages, from children to seniors, allowing you to further expand your clinical expertise and therapeutic skills.

• A Master's degree in Social Work or a related field and current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Maryland.
• Professionalism and a strong commitment to maintaining therapeutic boundaries and cultural competency.
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills to ensure efficient client management.
• A passion for continuous professional development, reflecting a commitment to the highest standard of client care.
• Flexibility to work a minimum of 20-25 hours per week, with the ability to accommodate at least two evening sessions to best serve our clients.

• Significant training and experience working with couples and family therapy is highly regarded.
• Experience using electronic medical record (EMR) systems to streamline documentation and enhance communication.
• Prior involvement in a clinical setting that emphasizes collaborative care and integrated treatment approaches.
