The role offers flexibility in scheduling to accommodate clients' needs, including evening and weekend hours. • Conduct detailed psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health statuses, identifying strengths, challenges, and appropriate resources.
• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy, employing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, establishing clear goals and measurable outcomes.
• Work closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive, client-centered treatment pathways.
• Provide crisis intervention services, including risk assessments and safety planning, to support clients in immediate need.
• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions and psychoeducation workshops to foster a sense of community among clients.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation of clinical interactions in accordance with ethical and legal guidelines.

Your work will primarily focus on individuals experiencing mental health challenges across a wide range of demographics. Clients may include varying age groups and backgrounds, facing issues such as depression, anxiety, substance abuse, or the effects of trauma. By providing personalized therapy and support, you will empower clients to achieve recovery and enhance their quality of life.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Nevada.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in mental health or outpatient settings.
• In-depth knowledge of and the ability to apply evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage clients and collaborators.

• Experience in providing telehealth services and familiarity with teletherapy platforms.
• Knowledge of community resources and support systems that enhance client treatment within Reno’s socio-cultural context.
• Experience working with diverse populations, particularly those with trauma histories.
