• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments tailored to evaluate each patient's unique mental health status, strengths, and needs, utilizing tools and methodologies designed for remote evaluations.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to meet the specific requirements of each individual patient.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team—including psychiatrists, nurses, and other mental health professionals—to ensure that patient care is cohesive, comprehensive, and tailored to each person's unique diagnosis.
• Assist patients and their families in navigating their understanding of mental health diagnoses, treatment alternatives, and medication management, enhancing their capacity to engage in therapy.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions using structured and evidence-informed therapeutic techniques.
• Develop clear, actionable treatment plans in close collaboration with the treatment team, integrating patient goals, preferences, and feedback into the planning process.
• Provide advocacy for patients navigating the complexities of the mental health system, ensuring their rights and needs are met effectively and respectfully.
• Lead therapeutic groups and psychoeducational sessions, as well as participate in discharge planning meetings to ensure a smooth transition to post-treatment routines for patients.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at our center, you will engage with a diverse spectrum of patients, ranging from children and adolescents struggling with anxiety and mood disorders to adults facing life transitions and chronic stress. You will play a crucial role in empowering these individuals and their families to build resilience, develop coping strategies, and achieve their mental health objectives.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• An active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory for this position.
