Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct remote therapy sessions with clients using secure video conferencing tools, ensuring confidentiality and professional ethics in all interactions.

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic modalities, tailored to the unique needs of each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The therapist in this role will serve a varied clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults from diverse backgrounds. You will work with individuals experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and more. Your understanding of developmental perspectives and co-occurring mental health conditions will be crucial in guiding effective therapeutic interventions tailored to each demographic.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Active licensure in California as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • A minimum of three years of relevant clinical experience providing therapy to diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults.
  • Proficient in using telehealth platforms for remote counseling services, with a deep understanding of client engagement and therapeutic alliance in a virtual setting.
Preferred Experience
