DUTIES amp; RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage the entire real estate closing process, including compliance with real estate contracts, lender instructions, title requirements, company requirements and other written instructions.
  • Provide up to date communication with Realtors, lenders, mortgage brokers and clients to ensure quick and accurate transactions.
  • Order, review and disclose matters on surveys, sales contracts, estoppels, searches, and others.
  • Prepare CDs, Settlement Statements, Deeds, and other settlement documents.
  • Prepare Title Commitments for lenders, brokers and or buyers amp; sellers.
  • Serve as an escrow officer, which includes the receipt and disbursement of funds.
  • Review all files before, during and after the closings to prevent and resolve any potential issues/claims.
  • Manage and develop client relationships to ensure future real estate closing transactions.
  • Market new business and make calls on current and prospective clients.
  • Correspond with lenders, builders, real estate agents and attorneys as needed.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
