About the Role
We are looking for a consultant with experience implementing or supporting Levridge or Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations in an agribusiness environment. This person will work directly with business users across commodity processing, grain accounting, ag retail, and cooperative operations. The role involves requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, training, and ongoing optimization.
Key Responsibilities
ERP Implementation & Support
  • Configure and support Levridge modules (Commodity Accounting, Scale Tickets, Grower Contracts, Settlements, Ag Retail, Equity/Patronage).
  • Implement and optimize Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations components tied to agribusiness workflows.
  • Translate business needs into functional requirements and system configurations.
  • Coordinate and support data migration, integrations, and testing cycles.
  • Provide end-user training and documentation for business stakeholders.

Agribusiness Process Expertise
  • Work closely with teams in grain operations, commodity processing, accounting, procurement, and retail.
  • Support workflows including grower settlements, inventory tracking, pricing, contracting, and financial reporting.
  • Identify gaps, recommend solutions, and help standardize processes across locations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with IT, Finance, Operations, and external implementation partners.
  • Assist leadership in evaluating enhancements, modules, or new features released by Levridge/D365.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system stability.

Required Qualifications
  • Experience with Levridge or Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O / D365FO).
  • Strong knowledge of accounting or supply chain processes within agribusiness.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP configuration, requirements gathering, and user support.
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical steps.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Direct experience in grain management, commodity accounting, ag retail, or cooperative operations.
  • Prior work with ERP implementations in agribusiness (e.g., Levridge, Agvance, Greenstone/AFS, AgTrax, AgWare, Bushel integrations).
  • Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI.
  • Background working with external vendors or implementation partners.
