Position Overview

The Radiant/Cupid & Lumens Build Analyst will be responsible for the design, configuration, testing, implementation, and support of Epic applications with a focus on:

  • Radiant
  • Cupid
  • Lumens

This role requires strong analytical skills, Epic build experience, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting while supporting healthcare operations and project initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform Epic application build, configuration, optimization, and maintenance for Radiant, Cupid, and Lumens modules
  • Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical teams to gather requirements and implement solutions
  • Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely resolution support
  • Participate in workflow analysis, system testing, validation, and upgrades
  • Create and maintain documentation related to build decisions, workflows, and change management
