Job Summary
Our client is seeking an Epic Analyst to take on a hybrid role focused on RTE build/projects and Prelude/RTE run and maintain support. The primary responsibilities involve supporting mapping for new or existing payers/plans and optimizing workflow, error resolution, and Prelude application support.
Key Responsibilities
  • Build experience to support mapping new payers/plans or modify existing mappings due to payer changes.
  • Optimize workflows by writing logic and rules to automate RTE checks.
  • Monitor and resolve errors in eligibility check processes.
  • Support and maintain the Prelude application with potential optimization tasks.

Qualifications
  • Certification in RTE.
  • Preferred experience with Prelude.

Additional Requirements
The position requires working Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.
