• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments for individuals seeking mental health support and develop personalized treatment plans that follow best practices.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions focused on solution-oriented strategies tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Document clinical records accurately and maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and ethical standards.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide coordinated, holistic care to patients.

You will work with a diverse range of patients, including individuals facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and various behavioral health issues. • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Tennessee.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate effective therapeutic relationships.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer:
